About the platform
Cyprus Rentals is a listings marketplace for renting and selling homes in Northern Cyprus (Kyrenia, Famagusta, Nicosia, and other TRNC regions), built so renters and owners can find each other directly — without middlemen or extra commissions.
How it works
An owner posts a listing and goes through document verification. A renter finds a suitable place, pays a small one-time fee for 30 days of access, and then negotiates directly with as many owners as they like — price, move-in dates, and terms.
Why there is no rental commission
We don't take a cut of the rent or sale price. Our revenue is a flat 30-day access fee, so we have no incentive to inflate listing prices.
Owner verification
Before a listing appears in search results, the owner's documents (ID and title deed / ownership document) are manually reviewed by a moderator.
