These terms govern your use of the Cyprus Rentals platform for finding and listing rental and sale properties in Northern Cyprus. By registering on the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Cyprus Rentals is a listings marketplace connecting property owners with renters and buyers. We are not a party to any rental or sale agreement, do not participate in negotiating deal terms, and do not guarantee the accuracy of information owners provide beyond basic moderation.
2. Registration and accounts
Posting listings and unlocking contacts requires registration. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One person may hold only one account.
3. Listing moderation
Every listing and owner verification request is reviewed by a moderator before publication. We may reject or take down a listing that violates these terms or contains inaccurate information, without stating a reason.
4. Payments
The contact-unlock fee is a one-time payment that reveals a specific listing owner's contact details. It is not rent, a transaction commission, or a guarantee that a deal will be completed, and is non-refundable once the phone number is revealed. Rent or purchase price is paid directly between the parties, outside the platform.
5. Rules of conduct
Prohibited: posting knowingly false listings, using the platform for fraud, circumventing the contact-unlock payment, posting fake reviews, or any conduct that violates TRNC law.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for the quality of a property, the actions of owners or renters, or any losses arising from deals made between platform users.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
